Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms and conditions carefully before using this site. By visiting the website and availing any services through our site, you are bound to accept all terms and conditions mentioned here.

  1. By making the reservation, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
  2. The Resort is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests, for this purpose guests are to present their National ID card or Passport or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant resort front desk employee.
  3. Settlement of bill must be settled upon arrival either by payment in cash or valid credit cards, cheques are not accepted.
  4. Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period. if guests break their stay money will not be refunded.
  5. Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period. if the period of the accommodation is not stipulated in advance, guests are to check out by 11:00 am on the last day of their stay at the latest, and they are obliged to have vacated the room by this time.
  6. Be advised to keep valuables in your personal rooms. keep your doors lock closed when not in room or when you are sleeping, we have a permanent guard in the resort, but he cant see all rooms at a time. resort will not be responsible for the loss of guests belongings or any other property.
  7. On the basis of advance booking 50% must be paid as token amount to confirm the booking.
  8. Your use on the website for any information or services is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
  9. Rooms will be held until 07:00 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. if you are unable to use your room and fail to arrive before 07:00 pm without informing us of your late arrival, rooms will be released and reservation fees will be forfeited.
  10. Pets are not allowed.
  11. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website is subject to laws of India.

Booking Procedure

  1. Make all your reservations through our booking page and fill up the form completely with relevant and accurate information.
  2. You will receive a confirmation on room availability and invoice by mail with appropriate link to our payment gateway.
  3. You may make the payment by clicking the link of payment gateway, which will take you to a secured web page.
  4. The payment acceptance receipt will be available online. Take a print out of the conformation and make sure every detail is correct.
  5. For any change or enquirers regarding booking please contact us through e-mail.
  6. Accommodation cost includes the following:-
    1. Rate includes the specific type of room for specified number of days. The food is included as per the chosen plan.
    2. Taxes in relation to room charges.
    3. Extra bed will be provided only if specified.

Payment Policy

  1. As per the policy referred in the booking page, full or 50% of the total amount will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking.
  2. Amount once paid is non-refundable.
  3. Payment transactions are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by a leading bank.
  4. Payment can also be done via Visa & Master Card.
  5. If you make payment using credit card of a different person, you agree that you have legal authorization from the credit card holder to make reservations on his behalf.
