If you cancel or modify your reservation within 7 days of your check-in date, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your reservation, No refund or credit will be given.
If you cancel or postpone between 7-15 days of your arrival date, 50% of the total tariff will be deducted
If you cancel or postpone before 15 days of your arrival date, you will get a full refund
If you do not show up or check out early, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your reservation, No refund or credit will be given for any no-show or early departure.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations, that prevent you from traveling or staying at the resort, we will try our best to accommodate your request for cancellation or modification, subject to availability and discretion. We may offer you a full or partial refund, a credit voucher, or a rescheduling option, depending on the situation and the policies of the resort.
We advise you to read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation and to contact us if you have any questions or doubts. We also recommend you to take adequate travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation or modification fees.
